All I know in life....
I learned from Hannibal Lecter

1. Be polite around other people, especially if you don't know if they're psychotic. "Oh, now you're being rude, and you KNOW I don't like rude people"- Hannibal. "Free range rude, he called them"- Barney

2. Whenever possible, give other people a choice rather than just answering for them. "Bowels in or out?" -Hannibal

3. Honesty is the best policy. "I must confess to you, I'm giving very serious thought to... eating your wife" -Hannibal

4. Take pleasure in a challenge. "Are you back on the case? If so, goody goody" - Hannibal

5. Whenever possible, be unpredictable. Mason Verger: "What do you think, Cordell? Does Lecter want to f*ck her or kill her or eat her alive?" Cordell Doemling :"Probably all three, though I wouldn't want to predict in what order"

6. Whenever possible, be different. Clarice: "Most serial killers keep some sort of trophy from their victims" Hannibal: "I didn't" Clarice: "No, you ate yours"

7. Flattery will get you far in life."Would they give you a medal, do you think, Clarice? Would you have it professionally framed and hang it on your wall to remind you of your courage and incorruptibility? All you would need for that is a mirror." -Hannibal

8. Have a reputation. "Believe me, you don't want Hannibal Lecter inside your head"- Jack Crawford.

9. Never give anything away for free. "Quid pro quo, Clarice. You tell me things, I tell you things"- Hannibal "I have no plans to call on you, Clarice, the world is more interesting with you in it. So you take care no to extend me the same courtesty"- Hannibal

10. Be practical, not idealistic. Clarice: "You killed him?" Hannibal: "Best thing for him, really. His therapy was going nowhere"
